The Foundation Hands-On Gallery Fund allows the AMA Foundation to support improvements to and the sustainability of the National Model Aviation Museum's Hands-On Gallery. Donations to this fund are earmarked for the gallery and its related educational programming. This improved gallery teaches youth the basic principles of flight through hands-on activities, includes STEM education concepts that can be used beyond a traditional classroom, offers a chance to try the hobby, helps grow the next generation of aeromodelers, and encourages youth to pursue careers in model and full-scale aeronautics. Funding will also assist with gallery maintenance and administrative costs.
